The law proceedings between telecommunication corporations

Everybody should know that one minute is composed of sixty seconds. But according to IDT a lot of calling card companies just give customers 36 seconds in a minute. In concordance with the statement done by some IDT corporation, lots of telephone card companies are become a party in unfair competition. Last year IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) iniciated a lawsuit against some corporations-providers of prepaid phone cards alleging erroneous advertising and misleading trade operations.

Recently I have found an article on one of prepaid telecom connected blogs where a softswitch developer showed his project. That new system permits any client to define the length of the minute that befits him the best, and the company will deduct units form the balance and the client will have an opportunity to examine precisely how many minutes were deducted and how many are left. But that system is not their whim. From now, every phone card corporation has to change all the standards and the system of payment this way.

That means that the international phone card, that is bought for $10.00, gives you 1000 minutes to your account! Please, select the calling card properly to evade the ability of being cheated. Customers would be given the units, they forfeited during the illegal practices, as a bonus. If the corporations, prosecuted by the judicial power, agreed the suggestion faster, they can get a ability to be moved of from the list of lawbreakers. They have to endorse the offered rules to make the competition between the telephone card facility companies really fair and just. The mechanisms, that will precisely examine all the actions related to the pay beforehand cards, will be designed by these companies. The participants agreed to provide the effective monitoring system free for everybody that wants to check the actions.
